Hello, I am Elias and I would like to take you on a journey through one of the darkest and most gruesome stories in dungeons and dragons. New and seasoned players will enjoy this gothic setting as they dive into a realm full of mystery and discover what awaits them in the looming castle of Ravenloft and the desolate dreary towns. We currently have 5 players and 2 available slots with one of our players uncertain he can continue. The party is currently Level 4. The game is held every friday from 11pm to 2 am EST. Here is a small description of what this campaign is: Under raging storm clouds, the vampire Count Strahd von Zarovich stands silhouetted against the ancient walls of Castle Ravenloft. Rumbling thunder pounds the castle spires. The wind’s howling increases as he turns his gaze down toward the village of Barovia. Far below, yet not beyond his keen eyesight, a party of adventurers has just entered his domain. Strahd’s face forms the barest hint of a smile as his dark plan unfolds. He knew they were coming, and he knows why they came — all according to his plan. A lightning flash rips through the darkness, but Strahd is gone. Only the howling of the wind fills the midnight air. The master of Castle Ravenloft is having guests for dinner. And you are invited. This fantasy horror module adventure is intended for characters levels 1-10 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A little about me: I have played 5e for years. I have ran a couple one shots when the regular DM I played with couldn't make it or wanted to play and on roll 20 I have been a DM running games for my homebrew setting as well as modules. I am a 28 year old male in the medical profession and have a passionate love for rpgs like star wars, dnd 5e, pathfinder, starfinder, call of cathulu, dragon age rpg, and recently I have been looking at the new witcher rpg. I am a Dungeon Master devoted to my players and the games I run. I have run games in my homebrew setting and several in the Ravenloft setting as well as Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance. I love making and reading about interesting characters and settings and often incorporate my own style and elements of pop culture and things I read about into my games, including my modules. I have 2 Player slots for those willing to take on the challenges of this horror setting. The game will be for 3 hours every Friday. I am dedicated to bringing my players the best experience they can possibly have and while I do not promise I am the best DM in the world I promise that you will be getting a professional who shows up on time and has a thought out adventure prepared for the group. The module and beyond: I plan on at the very least taking a group of players through the entire Curse of Strahd module, this includes side quests that I may write/ pull from other games/modules. This will land your characters around level 10. Beyond that, your group may decide to further the game. Maybe Strahd isn't the only evil lurking in the shadows and the power vacuum created leaves those who watch eagerly as Strahd falls to start making their visions of conquest a reality. Maybe you want to leave Ravenloft and explore the realms of the Forgotten Realms, Dragonlance, Eberron, Tal'Dorei, or my own home setting. All of these are acceptable as you finish the Module and if you wish to continue could easily be done to have your characters reach level 20 and possibly beyond that as well. Run time: This game will run for threee hours 11pm to 2am EST every friday What do you get for your money: 1.
