Tutorial not working

Hello! I just recently signed up, I'm a brand new dungeon master with nearly zero experience, and most of my group has little experience with D&D and zero experience with roll20 as well. I went to the tutorial to learn how to use the platform, but it won't seem to load, it just get stuck on a funny loading message. I can try to load into my game just fine but of course I don't know how to use the platform so I don't even know how to import my maps or anything.
I am also having the same issues. I went through the troubleshooting page and the tutorial still black-screens with the loading message. I can get as far as using the "first tool" (the freehand tool), but there's no gridmap to draw on so it's stuck there.

While it won't solve the tutorial issue, you could check out this section of the wiki: https://wiki.roll20.net/Roll20_Crash_Course

Although most of them are out of date, there are some good tutorial series on Youtube. They should be good enough to get the lay of the land. The tutorial is very buggy, though, and I wouldn't recommend it.
Hey everyone, The Devs are aware of this issue and are currently working toward a fix. You'll find updates on our progress in this thread. You'll also find your reports there. I'll be closing this thread now.
