Player Handouts stop working, stuck at loading (Browser: Google Chrome / OS: Windows 10)

One of the Handouts I gave to my player to keep as a journal is always stuck on loading, this seems to be isolated in one handout and one section of  a character sheet. The handout has just text, no image, this issue persevered even when I opened my game in an incognito window (i.e. zero plugins or extensions running) any way to fix this or salvage the contents  ?
Hello Andy M., Can you give us the name of the campaign this is happening in and when you first noticed the issue. This sometimes happens when a user tries to open the journal/handout before the campaign is finished loading. We recommend not opening anything until after the campaign fully loads. Thanks.

The issue started on Monday the 3rd, hasn't occurred since (oh yes it's a D&D 5e game using OGL sheets) unfortunately I don't think they are salvageable, I imported the Characters into the Vault their Bio and Info section just said "Loading..." when I edited the sheets I could freely delete the "Loading..." text in the editor and write new stuff that saved normally. Given that it just had "Loading..." on their Vault entries it seems that whatever happened erased the text data. Other handouts work fine (as well as all and any GM notes). I'll probably start running it on Firefox without plugins from now on to avoid any such issues.  Thank you for your time :)
Hello again Andy M., Thank you for that information.  Just to be clear, when this issue does happen, the information is gone from the current instance of the campaign. To resolve this issue, the campaign would potentially need to be rolled back to before this issue was encountered. This is why we recommend making sure that users wait for the game to fully load before attempting to load anything. As such, do you still need assistance with this issue, or have you already entered new information and are continuing forward as is? If you still need assistance, please provide us the name of the campaign and the entry that is having the issue. Thanks!
I am continuing forward as is for now, everything seems to work fine. Should I encounter this issue again then I will contact you about it :) Thank you for your time
If the handouts are very long, you may want to divide them up into multiple handouts. Longer handouts may be more susceptible to this problem, I would guess.
