So we had a character sheet for 5e Roll20 sheet in two different files and when one was deleted they both got deleted? Is there any way to get it back. the game is called God's of Nanimo' Nai please they worked to hard to have it be gone like this.
Hello Dark Emperor, Can you let us know when you first noticed the issue with the extra character sheet?
It was between 30mins to 1hr before i put this thread. The Character sheet was named Snow.
Hello Dark Emperor, Thank you for that information. I have passed it along to the devs, we hope to have more information for you soon. Until then, please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues to rule out potential causes of the duplicated sheet: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache Thanks.
Hello Dark Emperor, Thank you for your patience while we look into this issue. I have heard back from the devs. Unfortunately, they are unable to recover the character sheet when it is deleted. The devs are aware of the bug with duplicating character sheets. If this happens again, you will need to email in to Team@Roll20.net so that the devs can remove the duplicated sheet. As such, I am going to go ahead and close this post. If you have any further issues, feel free to start a new thread. Thanks.
