Game not Starting up

i am dming a Rise of Tiamat game tonight and all of a sudden the game crashed and wont allow me to restart it and when i am able to restart it it freezes up 

I have a similar problem.  When I try to "Launch Game" it just loads a white screen and not the VTT. When I restart my computer or try and refresh/reload the page I get the same result, just a white screen.  I'm also playing on a Mac.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20            - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
