Detailed description of the problem Pro Member departing on holiday, intent on using a tablet to partake in the weekly session. Whilst it works on my Huawei Android phone, the screen size and said device is not meant for it as implied. The initial problem lies that the Roll20 application does not function on the iPad tablet I intend to use, it simply goes into a loading loop - even with the Jukebox function off. Testing the virtual tabletop via browsers (Safara, Chrome, Perfect - clean installs) the page commenced loading until the point it showed what functions it was loading, then it refreshed / loaded beyond the page with the inability to open the page and "crashing", I reckon. With the Jukebox function turned off, it occasionally loads in though at certain points it automatically repeats the aforementioned process. Using certain functions such as macros, especially connected to particular APIs, seems to reproduce the crash or the inability to load it proper. I'm kind of heartbroken that I'll have to clumsily use my phone to partake in the sessions due the fact the latest iPad can't seem to run the program through a browser or its intended application. I'd be delighted if these paid for functions could somehow be fixed. Minimum number of steps to reproduce the problem - Open Roll20 application, login, select and join the game. Result: infinite loading loop. - Open browser, login via website (Pro membership), select and join the game. Result: Partial success - refresh / reload results in webpage inability to open and thus failure to load.
