Roll20: Tablet Application / Virtual Table Simulator via Browser

Detailed description of the problem Pro Member departing on holiday, intent on using a tablet to partake in the weekly session. Whilst it works on my Huawei Android phone, the screen size and said device is not meant for it as implied. The initial problem lies that the Roll20 application does not function on the iPad tablet I intend to use, it simply goes into a loading loop - even with the Jukebox function off. Testing the virtual tabletop via browsers (Safara, Chrome, Perfect - clean installs) the page commenced loading until the point it showed what functions it was loading, then it refreshed / loaded beyond the page with the inability to open the page and "crashing", I reckon. With the Jukebox function turned off, it occasionally loads in though at certain points it automatically repeats the aforementioned process. Using certain functions such as macros, especially connected to particular APIs, seems to reproduce the crash or the inability to load it proper. I'm kind of heartbroken that I'll have to clumsily use my phone to partake in the sessions due the fact the latest iPad can't seem to run the program through a browser or its intended application. I'd be delighted if these paid for functions could somehow be fixed. Minimum number of steps to reproduce the problem - Open Roll20 application, login, select and join the game. Result: infinite loading loop. - Open browser, login via website (Pro membership), select and join the game. Result: Partial success - refresh / reload results in webpage inability to open and thus failure to load. Description of setup Browser + Version:   iPad - Apple, latest software of: Safari, Chrome, Perfect  (Virtual tabletop  / Roll20 Tablet Application) Browser Addons/Extensions: None, clean install Operating System: iPad (6th Generation), Softwareversion: 12.3.1 Kind regards, Kalamity
Hello Kalamity, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. Currently the iPad version of the app has a couple known issues that will require a complete rebuild in order to fix. You can read more about available workarounds for known problems and why we're currently unable to update the app at this time:  Workarounds for Issues with the Ipad Roll20 App . In addition, please note that Roll20 is only supported in Chrome and Firefox. As such, the use of any other browser may have undesired issues. As you are encountering issues with Chrome on your tablet using the 'Table on Tablet' feature, please try Firefox and see if the issue still persists .  Furthermore, please also be aware that the Roll20 app is not supported on a smartphone. As such, those results will have undesired issues as well. Thanks.

The initial reload occurring via the other browsers persists on Firefox albeit it seems this particular browser manages to press through and return to Roll20 appropriately. However, it thus reloads / refreshes the page on occasions or when using certain functions (it seems rather random). At a too fast pace to play appropriately. I've tried clearing cookies, going incognito mode and altering some settings such as allowing pop-ups and turning of certain protective features. Seems like a step in the right direction, any other suggestions? EDIT: Tried additional browsers, Brave, Firefox Focus and another. None worked. Then I tried Dolphin, that seems to work proper! Thus, I have found my alternative but not without going through the motion of testing. Phew!
