Unknown Player in Game

In my game I have no players invited. When I select 'Can be Edited and Controlled By' on a Character 'jtblake' appears in the drop down along with All Players and the creator. This player is not currently invited to the game.

Hi Sarzo, We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.  Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve your issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information. Please provide us with the name of the game and/or the listing as well.  Thanks! 

I have performed steps 1, 2, 3 using Firefox and Chrome and the issue still persists. I do not see the information related to Step 4 in the above post.
