HP Rolling Script

I am looking for a script that will roll the HP for a token that is associated with a sheet when spawned. For situation details, I have monster sheets in my journal that are associated with tokens, however I always manually roll my monsters' HP whenever I spawn them in and put it into their health bars. Is there a scrip that will roll the HP and update the token on drop for me? It would save me loads of time.

I think there's a script in the 1-click install that already does this, Aaron's MonsterHitDice Script.

The answer will depend on what character sheet you are using. Some have companion scripts with that feature. Token-mod can do this for you, but not as automatically.

Go to your game's detail page, select "API Scripts" from the Settings drop down menu. That will take you to the API page. Monster Hit Dice is available from the dropdown menu on that page as a 1 click install. Instructions will display when you choose the script. keithcurtis  said: The answer will depend on what character sheet you are using. Some have companion scripts with that feature. Assuming the former is the DnD 5e by Roll20 sheet, it's available as a command from the companion script (also available from the dropdown as above. I do not know much about the situation for 3.5. I would recommend Aaron's script as it is pretty much built for what you are wanting. It's automatic, whereas the companion requires a command.
