Keyed Tokens and Linked Pages

If this already a thing, please let me know PITCH:  With the implementation of this feature, the GM Layer could contain tokens which upon being clicked from ANY layer   would open up a dialogue screen containing information placed by the GM.  A great example of this is seen in the I-phone app Encounter+ , which does a very good job of loading encounters and opening windows due to GM keyed map markers.
