DM looking for play a PC in a late night group for once.

Hello all. I was looking for a late night group to play a PC in. I find that I'm wanting to play a PC since I do not do that much. I have over 1 year of experience and I am 31. My character ideas are a Hill Dwarf Life Domain cleric that is going on a pilgrimage or a high elf Eldritch Knight that is a former soldier turned mercenary. hey it would be easier if you had some specifics in this thread like what time zone your in and when you wan to play

A former soldier or a former SOLDIER? ...Okay, bad joke. I'm interested in starting up a game (Maybe unfolding into a campaign if it works out) again, and have done a fair amount of DMing. But my real question is, "What do you consider late night?" What's your timezone and what time do you consider to be late night for you? (For example, "10:00pm EST onwards") I can't do much if you're too far ahead/behind of me and I have to be doing stuff when you're up for playing.

Say 12am est.
