Setting Dynamic Lighting withought a plus/pro account

Considering I have a story and I plan to create an campaign about it. The thing is I can't really afford to get a plus/pro account, is there a way to set up the lines separating the Dynamic light stuff with just a free account? Obviously I don't mean using the dynamic lights, just setting up the layer. Also sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

The easiest way to do that without a subscription is to use Fog of War.&nbsp; That makes the whole screen black for players, and you reveal areas as needed.&nbsp; It is what I used before subscribing. <a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Fog_of_War" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Fog_of_War</a>

A GM can not access the dynamic lighting layer unless the game Creator has a Plus/Pro subscription.

If you're planning to make marketplace content, you could create a game on your free account, then draw all the lines for dynamic lighting on the GM layer. Once you have everything drawn and set up, you could get a month of plus ($5) or pro ($10) and move them all to the Dynamic Lighting Layer. With plus, you would do that by holding alt and drag selecting all the drawings, then cut and past them on the DL layer.&nbsp; With pro, you'd come back on the forum and ask me for a script to do that all in one go, potentially with an option to move only a particular color.&nbsp;

In addition to what The Aaron has said, you can also move things to the Dynamic Lighting layer using advanced shortcuts .

Hello Gifan, I have moved your thread to the Specific Use Questions &amp; Macros forum.&nbsp;
Thank you all so much for the answers, and about what Brian C. said: Brian C. said: Nic B. said: In addition to what The Aaron has said, you can also move things to the Dynamic Lighting layer using advanced shortcuts . Yes, just avoid the curves when making Dynamic Lighting lines.

If you plan to go pro, I have a script that let's you draw circles and then fixes them to be many-faceted polygons:&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5582304/script-snippet-dlcircle-clean-up-circles-on-the-dynamic-lighting-layer-so-they-look-right-and-work-right" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5582304/script-snippet-dlcircle-clean-up-circles-on-the-dynamic-lighting-layer-so-they-look-right-and-work-right</a>
