Greetings adventurers , perhaps you might be the one i am looking for

Well greetings everyon , i am aledas and some of you might allready know me from the forums or from playing together , i am currently looking for a campaing , preferably 3.5 because its the one i know best , but i could go with pathfinder , 4e , or maibe even another rules set , one thing though i am streaming a lot so i dont have a ton of time to read a thousend rules , hences dnd its probably best since i know some of it , what i am looking for in a campaing is adventure , and to be a hero , i dont want to team up with bandits or strange characters that are goin to go allways the materialist way , does that maibe hinder me as a player posible but thats who i am , i play dnd to be the kight in shining armor , the warrior who will buy clothes for the children in the orphanage , ill most likelly risk my skin for a miserable pay if the ends are a worthy cause , i feel that to many want to be the " bad cool guy" or " antihero" and thats ok with me , but i preffer not to team with such players , i love romance and as such i will try to eventually get my hero to be romantically involved with a npc most likelly , so if that would be weird for the dm then sorry i guess i am not your player , i dont go all out on details because sincerelly thats what not im looking for , but i will flirt and such because if you make me roll for charisma without allowin me to say a word ..... yeah i might as well pay a maiden for the night xD I love to rp , and i love combat , ill bring rp into combat , and ill bring rp in every situation that i can , i said i like combat yes but i like combat with a meaning , a reason for it , not just mindless i need 200 xp to lv so give me a random combat per say , now this is a wall of text and if you got to the end then thank you :=) , hopefully i will be able to find a campaing that i can fit in , my time is gtm +1 and i cant play fridays nor saturdays as those two days are taken , thank you for reading and happy adventures :)

Hm. I don't think this title is going to attract any DMs. It sounds like you're a dm looking for players.

I would be down for a short session Mon-tue or friday. :] I'd prefer to play Pathfinder, but I wouldn't mind 3.5 as well.

Yeah, I just don't think many people are getting through the wall of text. Like spazztick who I assumed read the title and the first two lines and assumed you were DMing.

Well i understand not everyone likes to read a wall of text , but i belive explaining what tipe of player i am so a dm would know what he is goin to be dealing with its good , thats just what i think :) , im positive though , its only been a day and there is a ton of people on roll20 ;)

would help if you used proper sentencing rather than a literally wall of text. Spaces, line breaks, periods, etc. I stopped reading after the second line. *advice not intended maliciously in any manner

Thanks for the advice alex , i understand that i dont write in the right way , and im sorry if its hard to read because of that , but honestly if someone stops reading just because its not written all proper , then i think they are just to picky , i personally dont have a problem at all with whatever way people write , if im interested in knowin then ill get trough it all , to each theyr own offcourse , i dont mean to come out as rude or anything .... but eather im to easy goin or people are to picky xD

Well, I run several 2E games if you are interested, I have no problem with slithering syntax. Sometimes less grammar and more enthusiasm is better in a role playing.

Hey al e , thanks for the support :) , i loved the baldurs gate pc games and as i understand they are suposed to be 2e , i would love to join in a game of yours , if you are ok with me being the tipe of player i have explain , problem is ....yeah i literally have no expirience with 2e , but im a bright 30 year old kid :P , and i love fighters , paladins and melee classes , if you can coup up with me , just point me in the right direction , i guess we would have to work out times as well as i am gmt +1 , kind of a night owl though :) my skype if you wish to talk more is : aledasindrazor .

Aledas if i was running a game, I would toss you a line but I'm taking some downtimd to deal with school and real life matters along with recharging my batteries per say (6+ years of continous gming wears a person out). I am working on stuff but I'm going slow at it. what timezone are ya? do you prefer voice or text? Are you only into more modern systems? (I prefer older systems or systems that have that type of feel usually) What genre do you like? Fantasy, horror, western, etc. Just a few thing people like to see if they are looking for players.

Hey Mk thanks for the interest , i understand gm can be a hard task , ive tried to gm but honestly i didint have it in me , maibe i just love to play my char to much and found it hard to infuse life to a hole world :P My time zone is gtm +1 , i go sleep kind of late , can also wake up erlie if i must I would preffer voice to be honest , i love to talk in character , and since english its not my mother language , im sure i have tons of grammar errors and such , also text can be really slow , but if the game its worth it , ill adapt the sistem its just a means for me to play , what i care about its the world , the characters in the story and the story itself , the sistem its secondary , offcourse im more secure with what i know , but im not afraid to try something new :) I would have to say fantasy , medieval , i like magic , i hate being a wizard , but i like magic in the world xD , i grew up playing the first edition of lord of the rings pen and paper , watching conan the barbarian old movies and every sword and sorcery film i could get my hands on , so yeah i love fantasy , :) feel free to contact me on skype if you like , dont mean that you have to invite me , but we can talk things over , and who knows what the future brings :) Skype : aledasindrazor

I might drop you a line sooner or later. There is about 7 hours difference from you to me (I live GMT-6). I don't use skype much anymore but I still have it installed.

I may be starting another game soon but in all honesty before I invited anyone I would have to ask. How solid are you on the not playing with people who do not play the stereo typical paladin? I mean in all honesty you will be hard pressed to find a group of all LG aligned PCs. Frankly I also think that it makes RP bland if its a bunch of typical heroes running around without at least one or two people playing characters that balance out this zealotry. Just asking ahead of time.

Sounds nice. If you will have place i would like to play character who was good but then "burned" when his help was used for evil purposes. So now he tries to not help people (but still does cos he is good at heart)

Hey shichiro , thanks for your honestly , so now i will be honest as well , i dont think a bunch of heroes would be boring at all , i also dont think i play the tipical paladin smite all evil , because you cant kill without a reason or you would be doin evil yourself , but thats not a discution i am goin to be having here , this could go for to long , for me a group of heroes would not be bland at all , and i am so tired of running with groups that all turn to be the same in the end , the rogue that wants nothing but loot , the mage who just wants loot/scrolls , clerics ive met all tipes , but not many that are good/good , warriors and such that are more mercenaries then anything else , so you see ? i have never had a all heroes group , will it take me a year ? thats ok , i am in two other normal groups to keep me entertain meanwile , and by this i dont mean to come out as rude or anything but the hard truth is that yeah , ive never been in an all heroe group , lets take lord of the rings as an example , even boromir was a heroe , and he had a bad moment because of the ring , i personally think that all heroes can make perfect rp , why ive seen all evil campaings , does that also make for bland rp ? :P , i think we would not fit together unfortunatly , because what i think would be fun , it might not be for you , im not asking for a all out paladin but for good people , people who will not think so much about how much gold we are getting paid all the tim and such , will it be hard ? ok , all good things takes time , and all that is worth it , its worth to wait for :) so there we go another wall of text haha , but hopefully i have explained further my point of view on whhat i am lookin for :)
