Charactermancer completely broke

So my charactermancer broke and I cant do anything, I tried getting out of it by pressing back and cancel but neither button works, i also tried every fix i could find for the problem and none of those worked. Anyone got any suggestions? Or is there a moderator here that can just put the character back into the game? Its in my vault so if thats possible that would be great, I only have 1 game so it couldnt have come from anywhere else, or is there a person with a game i can export the character to and just use that to copy the information so I don't have to find all of the homebrew all over again?

What is the Charactermancer not doing that it is supposed to do or not do? Additionally, to rule out potential causes,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Clicked to add a level to my druid, instead of going to the normal start page for the charactermancer it started on the level page but the level number was blank, the class was blank, and no matter how many times i tried to go back or tried to cancel i couldnt. cleared the cache, using the right browser, and turned off any extensions. i saw one post that said try to just clickup on the level and that might fix it and it fixed everything on the page except the class was still blank and there was no dropdown menu to choose from, i then also couldnt click next back or cancel. I tried this with the other players on the same laptop with everything being the same, this one character is the only one that broke, seems to be just a simple glitch that happened that i am hoping someone can help me fix without me having to pay for a subscription in order to easily fix a 1 in a million glitch on this site. i would give you the log but this happened a day and a half to 2 days ago so i am having a bit of trouble finding them. i posted this in 2 other locations before here and no one got back to me till maybe yesterday but i was busy during the day and didnt see, they told me to post here.
