Character not found to edit

Ive already tried looking this up and none of the solutions seem to have fixed my issue? i cant see any of my character sheets or any of my maps/notes. How do i fix this?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of  Step 4 . Please be sure to include  all  of the requested information, including the name of the Campaign and Console Log. I've tried all of the above and non of them seem to work. If it doesn't do the "ERROR Unable to find character to edit", I still can't see the players sheet being updated or changed. I've also tried using the "Control+Shift+J" to help me. What info from there would you like me to provide?

Never mind i found the issue, it was the lack of my player telling me he was using a sheet he previously had, so sorry to bother you
