loading cards players

Hi guys for some strange reason I have problems with the loading of the pages of my players, they see them and can modify them, I load them with a lot of effort and I don't see the buttons or the macros. this is a vision of what I have on the screen. this has been going on for weeks now, can anyone help me?

Hello Devil, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with viewing these items. Can you verify that your Zoom level is set to 100%? you can do this with CTRL+ 0. Then check to see if you still have this issue. If so, to rule out other potential issues,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of  Step 4 . This includes the name of the affected Campaigns and sheets, as well as the Console Log.
