Parts of my campaign being deleted

I've been experiencing this for a while using the latest firefox. It's fairly simple. Anytime the capaign reloads, any maps I'm not currently selecting gets every token and potentially background erased. Only one or two aspects stay, and sometimes it gets erased to flat out blank for no reason. It happens most of the time when it reloads from the AFK manager(happened to me twice from falling asleep.)

Yes - I believe this is tied with how roll20 now loads resources. Some resources from certain sites can take longer to reload than others. Noticed this with one specific map in one of my campaigns. Can't confirm 100% that this is the case. Just seems that way to me.
If you're both talking about resources from external sites found via the Web Search, we don't have any control over those...We try our best to cache those resources so they're always available, but we can't cache the whole Internet. if you're talking about something you uploaded yourself to your library or something from the Marketplace, then let me know.
I edit mine in photoshop to remove backgrounds, so they come directly from my PC. This isn't an internet cache problem. I also tested if deleting from my library had anything to do with it, but that falls out when one of my older maps loads despite -none- of it being in my library. If it helps any, it seems as though the page loads any notes(words, names, ect), then loads one recourse(lets say, or a single token set). If there is no backgorund at all, it can fail to load any tokens. And it so far has -never- removed anything hand-drawn like an outline.

Michael, if you clear your cache the deleted map won't load. You are loading from your cache.
I meant my library. But that means nothing, as multiple of my maps load with zero issue despite many of the tokens no longer being in my library(I keep them in my documents, the library is a bit too scattered for me.) One of my maps(the very first one not seen by the players) has loaded fine every time, despite being filled with backgrounds and background images not in my library. While other maps will randomly load one image(also not from the library) then cut the rest without warning. I don't know if this applies to the map I'm currently viewing, can't test that one yet.
If you delete things from your library, then they are gone from Roll20. If you are still seeing them, it's because your browser is doing you a favor and keeping them around, not because we still have them. It's pretty straightforward: if you want to keep using it in a game, don't delete it from your library. If you do, it may disappear right away, or it may disappear next time you play, but it will eventually be gone. That's how it works, and it tells you that when you delete from your library (that it will no longer show up in your games).
ah ok, that explains that. Thanks for the information!
