Phone App not loading map I see this behaviour in all campaigns. Here is one example: https://app.roll20.net/join/4646217/jklS-w This is what I see Android OS version 9 Latest Roll20 app release: 1.8.0 I failed to find instructions to create a proper app bug report, what other information should I provide? Thank you
That's just how the app works (or doesn't, to be precise.)

More technically, the app is not designed to show the map. Table on Tablet is what you are looking for—running the site in a mobile browser. The app is meant to be a player aid. From the wiki: Roll20 for iPad and Roll20 for Android are free-to-use mobile tablet applications focused on player-specific portions of Roll20. The simplest summary of what these applications are aimed to do would be "things you hold in your hand" at an in-person gaming table. That includes: digital dice, character sheets, handouts, and rules (compendium). To tie these features together, there is also access to Roll20's text chat features. Not included in the applications are tokens, maps, voice chat, video chat, and other tabletop functionality. Roll20 for iPad and Roll20 for Android are usable both at a physical table and with the Roll20 virtual tabletop. As a KS Backer, I believe you can use Table on Tablet.

Ahgk, missed that in the wiki and my phone screen is too small and thus when clicking to edit a token the full edit-token window is larger than the screen, blocking the app due to being unable to click "Save Changes" or "Cancel" Thanks

Once you get below a certain screen size Roll20 become almost unusable. For me it is around the 5 to 6 inch mark which is the screen size of my phone. It become to crowded and some of the GUI elements do not scale properly.
Hey there, Sorry for the problem - both the app and Table-on-Tablet is intended for iPads and Android tablets, not mobile phones. We're aware of performance issues and this is something that we're working to improve.

The wiki has listed Android phone compatibility for the App since November of last year. Table on Tablet remains Tablet-only.
