Why claim to have an iPad app if it’s totally broken and abandoned?

The iPad app crashes either on launch or when you try to sign in. It has a 1-star rating with 68 reviews and hasn’t been updated this year. It’s clearly an abandoned project. Why not at least delete the app from the app store and stop claiming you have an iPad app in your FAQ (and linking to a locked  bug report forum, lmao)?? It’s ridiculous.

Out of curiosity, what model is your ipad? The app works on my newer model, but not my old iPad3.
Hello Rya, Currently the iPad version of the app has a couple known issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the iOS app version due to the framework that the app is built upon as Apple will no longer accept any further updates for our app. As such, it will require a complete rebuild in order to fix.
