The material is available in the compendium, but it is a subsystem that has not been integrated into the Charactermancer. My suspicion is that it doesn't "fit" with the structure of charactermancer. i.e, what tab would it go on, and what would be on that tab if someone hadn't purchased Xanathar's? Also, where would the information go on the character sheet?
