[Script] 13th Age Power Card Complement

Very much a work in progress and likely full of bugs, but it works provided all your power cards are formatted appropriately. 4/7 - Added GM capabilities to !recharge commands that make them apply recursively to all characters 4/13 - Should be compatible with 4/9/2014 version of PowerCard

We just ran a game with it for the first time with 8 people, no crashes or issues, should be OK for the features it has so far.
