I GM a small D&D game for my friends and was rolling up an encounter like usual when I suddenly found that the initiative tracker shows as empty, regardless of whether I manually add to the tracker or do the Token -> Add Turn option. I don't have any repro steps unfortunately it just seems to have popped up out of nowhere but I went into a test game I made a while back and found it was affecting me in there too! I can't figure out how to fix it either. I've cleared my cache, used different browsers, different machines, incognito mode and different campaigns. All of them are having the same issue. Yet the weirdest bit is, if I go and click the "Re-Join as GM" button I can see the initiative when viewing it as if I were a player. While I don't have repro steps I can say that when you open it the menu appears as normal, with the normal buttons and the 'initiative is empty' text. I can then add as many tokens as I want to the initiative, the window does not update on the GM side but does on the players. If I then refresh as the GM, the 'initiative is empty' text disappears, leaving me with a completely empty initiative tracker instead. It's also worth noting that if the players refresh after a token has been added to the initiative, it disappears for them too, leaving them with the same empty initiative tracker as the GM. I play with some of the API scripts but I have disabled all of them and the problem persists, I have also tried opening a game without any scripts present and the problem appears there also. Oh, and clearing the initiative tracker doesn't fix the problem either. Any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated!

Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)   Thank you!

Hi Berenice, thank you. Been using Roll20 for years and this is the first issue I've ever had, not a bad track record tbh~ Just confirming the following: - I am using the right browser (tried in both Google Chrome 75.0.3770.142 and FireFox 68.0.1) - I have attempted this in incognito mode (with absolutely no extensions) and on my home &amp; work computers. - Cache has been thoroughly cleared for both browsers, the problem still persists. I'll dump the console log at the bottom of this reply, as for the other parts of Step 4 please see below: Description is as detailed as I can make it really &amp; I can't provide more repro steps than I have sadly. Web Browser/version: (see above regarding chrome &amp; firefox). Operating System: Both machines tested on are running latest 64bit Windows 10 Pro. Javascript is enabled on both browsers. Antivirus: Home PC is latest free Norton AV. Work PC is latest ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4. No browser add-ons or extentions on either tested browser.
