In Savage Worlds I use the Turn Tracker but when there's a group of minor foes they act on the same initiative. If there are five or ten, it's up to me to remember which one is next. I generally do this by working my way left to right or clockwise, and now I drop this semi-transparent token on them to show the one that I'm activating now. It works better than shift-ping. Here the Ugak on the middle left is attacking. Here's the frame I use. As I roll for each one, I just drag the token around.
