Can't Download Gabriel Pickard's Packs

so I've got several Gabriel Pickard packs. Great stuff, but now I want to start making my maps on adobe illustrator because of layers and then having the map be one PDF file would make it load faster. But For some reason, I can't download any of the packs I bought from Gabriel Pickard. All my other packs downloaded but his don't. They just end up saying "failed forbidden". Does anybody know why this might be?

Can you link to a pack where you're having that issue?

Hmm... I just went to that first one and downloaded it with no problems. You might need to email team@roll20.net and see if something is screwed up on you account.

All my art sets should be downloadable. Currently I'm not having any issues download them. Not sure where the error might be.

Did you buy each of the sets recently, or have you had them for a while?

Does anybody know why this might be? Just a quick aside. When you export your map from Illustrator, export as a jpg. You can't place a pdf, and jpg is the best format for a map. Don't use PNG unless your map is really weird and requires transparency.
I've had them for a while now. Thanks for the heads up about using jpg. I'll be sure and email them, thanks for the info.
