Need help

I need a sheet for rifts done, a better one.  I have used fiverr in the past to have sketches of PC's and NPC's and story boards done.   If I was to post a job offer to make a New PC sheet, what would i ask for.  HTML, Java, ect. Tech savvy but no understanding of coding.  thanks

This question come up about once a month on the forums. The short answer is more than you were probably thinking, the long answer is: Minimum of $25/hour of work, probably more like 30-50 depending on who's doing it. Your request for better doesn't give a whole lot to go on, so I'll break time estimates down into 3 broad categories of sheet complexity assuming a moderately complex game system (definitely not more complex than 5e): Basic (20 - 40 hrs): this is an html sheet with a minimum of css styling to make it look pretty and probably close to no automation Some automation (30-80 hrs): this sheet has some nice styling to make it look good and fun to use. It's got a decent amount of JavaScript automation under the hood, but just enough to make everything calculate quickly Advanced (60 - 100s hrs): This is on the order of the Starfinder by Roll20 sheet, shaped sheet for 5e, or 5e by Roll20 (etc, there's a lot of current sheets in this category). It's got extensive styling to make the most use of screen realestate and make it very pleasing to use. Under the hood there's extensive automation to handle a wide variety of play situations. This sheet doesn't have an upper end on it's development time because there's a ton of possibilities here. These time estimates are conservative and don't include time to understand the game system or support after development is done. They're also based on doing the sheet from scratch. Doing a rebuild of a sheet or adaptation of a sheet might be shorter, but I'd probably expect it to be longer.
thanks

Use the <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1503047/sheet-request-thread-consolidated-mk-i/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1503047/sheet-request-thread-consolidated-mk-i/</a> thread (scroll to the last page to post) to request a volunteer make your sheet.&nbsp; The more information you can give, the better.&nbsp; As far as I know, the only sheets developed for pay are the ones made by Roll20 themselves, but I could be wrong.&nbsp; ^_^

Thanks for mentioning that, I had forgotten to. There are a few publisher created sheets, but the vast majority of sheets are made by amazing community members that volunteer their time and skill.
Basic (20 - 40 hrs): this is an html sheet with a minimum of css styling to make it look pretty and probably close to no automation Could you give me a "describe what you need done" explanation for me? willing to fund this thanks in advance

Well, without knowing what your goals are for the sheet, I can't give you much more than a broad strokes of what a sheet author would need to know. Which type of sheet is most appropriate for your needs will depend on your answers to these questions What does the paper sheet look like? What are the system rules? Are there specific rules that need special dice rolls or calculations? What capabilities do you want from the sheet? Just basic rolls? Really, if you're looking at a basic sheet though you're going to wind up with some basic roll buttons, only the most basic calculation of derived stats and not much more than a wireframe layout of the sheet.
&nbsp;WOW, thank you.
