Curse of Strahd Won't Load

I bought the Curse of Strahd campaign a few weeks back but only used it last night for my players to create their characters. Everything worked fine last night, and then this morning I go into the game to check out the maps and it stalls and the webpage becomes unresponsive on the Werewolf den I believe, then from that point on whenever I try to go into it, it stalls on the load screen. I asked a player if they're able to access it and they can, it's just me. My set up:  Windows 10 (64-Bit) Chrome 75.0.3770.142 Javascript is enabled No anti-virus Google Drive extension enabled, Grammarly Extension enabled.  Unable to get console log due to page being unresponsive
Hello Jared, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with the Werewolf Den page. Please note the devs are aware of it . As such, please try to adjust the Werewolf Den's page's setting and turn "Global illumination" off for that page. Let us know if this does not work for you.  Thanks!
The main issue is that I'm not able to get into the game to change the map settings. Since that was last map I was on when it first crashed, it's the same one that loads up when I try to get into it.
After checking the link I found out that I just needed to sit on the page for about 10 mins or so until it finally loaded in. I changed the settings for the Den map and it seems okay now!
Hello Jared, Thank you for that information.  To rule out other possible issues,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox . Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please attempt to provide us the Console Log again. As soon as we receive this information, we will be able to provide additional assistance.  Thank you!
