Only GM can see character turn order that was entered last session

We entered initiative last session. Myself, the GM, and my players could see all of the character's turns in the turn order. I did not delete the turn order at the end of that session; I just left it because we intended to use it next session. Then, next session, only I could see the characters in the turn order. I had to delete each character from the turn order and re-add their turns to the turn order -- only then could my players see their characters in the turn order.

This can happen if you are on a different page from the players or have switched pages, have transmogrified a page, pulled out new tokens, copied and pasted tokens from another page or a host of similar actions. The turn tracker is token-based, not character based, and sometimes this can cause confusing results.
