Checkbox doesnt "memorize" value

Hi, I want to put a check box next to each spell, to mark that is been learned, but every time the character sheet is closed the checkbox goes blank again, so the players have to be marking all the spells everytime the sheet is closed and open. Any idea how to sort this out? Thanks

Is this a custom sheet you are creating? If so the most likely issue is the checkbox is lacking a name. It should have something like name="attr_checkboxname" in its input definition. Change 'checkboxname' to something sensible. The attr_ must be there. It's not part of the name, it's an identifier telling roll20 that what follows is an attribute name.

Make sure the checkbox name starts with attr_ For example <input type=“checkbox” name=“attr_spelllearned” value=“1”> Edit: should have know GiGs would ninja me...I’m using the excuse that I’m typing on a phone... :-p
