Account bumped down to Free

Hullo, I have a Plus account. Or rather, I thought I did. When I logged into Roll20 today to do some prep for tonight's session, I noticed that my account status is currently Free. What's even weirder is that I have to have store credit in an amount equal to a yearly Plus subscription. I haven't received any kind of communication regarding any issues (technical or otherwise) with my account, so I'm supremely confused. It's possible that there's a perfectly good explanation for this, but it seems super weird. Help?
