Disabling Roll20 WebRTC Video/Voice plugin account wide

I recently starting playing and DMing on Roll20 and I'm having issues getting rid of the Voice/Video chat. I have 0 desire to use this system but I can't seem to find a way to disable this across all games. Is there somewhere I can setup the default option for a game when I create one? I'd prefer that Roll20 didn't automatically get audio surveillance in my house as soon as I try and create a game.

There is no way to disable it globally unless you block it in your browser itself. Each game is independent of any other game. I usually disable the video/voice as the first thing when I first enter the game.
