DOTMM: Output of macros whispered to me (GM) are blank.

I feel like I might be doing something wrong here, but thought I'd double check just in case it is a bug.  Whenever I click a macro in Dungeons of the Mad Mage (that are part of the module, not ones I've made myself) such as a macro to determine how much gold an NPC has, it whispers a blank message to me rather than the intended output. This occurs with every macro that is prepopulated in the module, haven't found one that works yet. Is there a setting I have not found to fix this? Any help appreciated.

Are you using the Character Sheet by Roll20, or a different one (Shaped or Community)? Those macros use roll templates that only work with the D&D 5e by Roll20 sheet.

Ah that would definitely be it. Thanks.  I'm using the community sheet.  Is there a way I can edit the macros to work with the community sheet. Or am I stuck reverting the sheets back to original?

The community sheet is old and to the best of my knowledge does not have any roll templating, or if it has templating it only has the 'default' roll templates (<a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Roll_Templates" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Roll_Templates</a>).&nbsp; So you need to switch over to the Shaped or OGL/Roll20 sheet if you want more than what the default provides.

I would really, really recommend against using the community sheet. It has not been updated in years and is only going to get further and further from compatibility as time goes on. The official sheet by Roll20 has the greatest compatibility and is fairly clean and easy to use. The Shaped sheet is very powerful, but updated less often. Most of the macros you are likely to come across are written for the D&amp;D 5e by Roll20 sheet. (You may see it often referred to as the "OGL sheet").
