Class Feats

I am looking at Druid and with the level 8 feats one called Soaring Shape it says if you have the Ferocious Shape you can also add the Pterosaur form to your Wild Shape list, but the Ferocious Shape is also a level 8 Feat how would you go about getting both of them?

You get one at 8th and the other at a later level.
