Searching through purchased assets is not working, making marketplace purchases useless

I bought a huge amount of assets from the marketplace, but with the search broken, I can't find anything I'm looking for. Please fix this, if at least out of respect for those of us who have paid you a lot of money to get access to this material.

Can you give an example? I don't seem to have an issue.

I usually have dozens of results for this search in my purchased assets.

Not sure what's going on there. I haven't done a search on that keyword before, so I can't compare a before and after. I do get plenty of hits, though. Is this the same for other search terms? Possibly pointless aside: "Male" is a problematic search, since it will also capture "female".
Hey all, Our dev team is currently investigating this problem and will be looking to put out a fix as soon as we can. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

The point is that for such a common search term, I've got zero hits for my purchased assets, not less. ANY search term returns ZERO hits from my purchased assets. I used "male" just because there was no way it would not capture anything unless there is a bug. If you want to try it out it is quite simple. Look at an asset you purchased from the marketplace. Try to search for it. Do you see it? I don't. Nicholas said: Hey all, Our dev team is currently investigating this problem and will be looking to put out a fix as soon as we can. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience! Thanks Nicholas, Please hurry. Right now I had to open up the dozens of tags to get all my purchased assets, copy the html content and make it a local page I can open up in a separate browser tab to use the browser's search function. Even then, it only searches the name of the asset and gives me an idea of in which set I can find it, and I still have to go and find it in that set. That's a lot of work.

Not the first time this has come up.  (Month old thread that links to two-year-old thread.) I'm sure they're working really hard on this. It'll be fixed really soon now. Just like the dozen or so other things that have been broken for years and years.

I was just trying to duplicate your issue to help narrow down the cause. It looks like Nicholas is on the case though, and has a better idea of what the issue might be. As for the two year old thread Delbert mentioned, that's a link to an entirely different issue regarding Google Images pulling its IP and leaving Roll20 high and dry for internet searches, not Marketplace searches. The two month old thread linked does refer to problems with Marketplace image searches. Sorry this is giving you grief and I hope it gets resolved soon.
I'm having the same problem with searches for "coin", "treasure", "pillar", and "statue" among others. They all brought up Marketplace results a couple weeks ago, but now there's nothing.

Same problem, doesn't matter what I search. Door, chest, vampire, you name it. Purchased assets simply aren't included in the results.  For now I know all my purchased asset packs by name and can easily just go to it and scan for the item I want, and recommend folks bookmark their 'Your Purchases' page, as it makes it a bit easier to see which packs you have and what's in them. Still, hoping this is fixed soon. :)
Ditto on this issue. I tried this on a new game to make sure its a consistent issue across all my campaigns. I tried soldier, which should work guarantee because I have a pack of a bunch of soldier tokens (all of which have it in the name).
Also seeing this problem. "bone" or "bones" turns up nothing, despite having purchased several asset packs containing piles of bones that are literally titled "bones_XXXXXX"

Yeah I'm having the same issue. I hope they resolve it soon

Thank you all for the additional reports and information! We are still currently investigating the issue and consolidating responses here . I'll be closing this thread to keep things tidy, so keep an eye on the other one for updates.
