Handouts & characters won’t open for DM

Recently as DM I can’t open any of the character sheets or hand outs. if I re-enter the game as a player it works fine but then when I go back in as DM i cant open them again.   (Everything else works fine in DM mode) I even tried creating new handouts to make sure I had done something silly and made sure I had given myself access, but once created I could only access them in player mode the only recent change that I can think of was that I signed up as a player in another game run by one of my players ?????

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
