Way to turn off audio for specific player (bandwidth issue)

Is there a way of turning off streaming audio to a specific player in a roll20 lobby? One of my players is currently in the middle of a move and hasn't set up their home internet yet - however, the trooper is attempting to use their phone data to play over discord. I want to make it as easy as possible on their data if possible, but I know the music for different pages will eat their bandwidth up quickly. Would massively appreciate any help with this issue!

Sorry but there is not any way built into Roll20 that will allow muting of a streaming audio track to a specific individual. It is an all or nothing event.
That is a damn shame - it would be nice if that was an option from a player's point of view.  Thanks for the reply!
