Is it legal to use someone else account to use campaigns?

Hi, I would like to run a campaign with rolld20 but we are poor. Before asking if someone had curse of stradh bought on their account and wouldn't mind to share it with us, I'm asking here if it's legal or it's again the website policy. We never used rolld20 before. Thanks for the information and have a nice day.
Hi Jonathan, Sharing an account as you described is disallowed by our Terms of Service. If you are looking to GM a game for the owner I would suggest having them make the game and promoting you to Co-GM and proceed from there.
