Card name labels in the choose card dialog

Currently you have the ability to name each individual card when you create a custom card deck. As far as I can tell these names don't show up anywhere in the interface. I would like to see an option to display these names in the card overview in the 'choose' and 'hand' menu's. And perhaps even an option to display the name underneath the token in the same way it does with regular tokens. This would be a very valuable option in cases where the cards are difficult to distinguish from one another at thumbnail size, or when playing with players with vision impairments or players who rely on text-to-speech solutions. As an example, I've created a custom deck with cards for each faction in my Blades in the Dark campaign (see the screen shot below). Since these cards all share the same layout it is difficult to tell which card is which. A simple text-label underneath the thumbnails would solve that problem in an instant.
