Hello all! I am looking for two, maybe three, players to play party members for one of my main player's flashback backstory while the rest of my group are at PAX East this weekend. Now just a quick list of things I am looking for so I don't wait your time or mine: I am incredibly new to the mechanics of both tabletop role-playing as well as Roll20. When I say I am new, I mean I just started this a week ago today. The majority of what I know of this game are from what my players have been able to teach me, and what I know of the game from pop culture, and reading stories from players. So far they seem to have enjoyed my sessions, so I got that going for me, which is nice. If that hasn't dissuaded you so far, keep this in mind: this is a homebrew game. This is a game that is also focused HEAVILY on roleplaying. My players level-up primarily through roleplaying xp and high CR encounters I accidentally send their way (longstory). Due to the story, I will only allow either humans, elves, or dwarfs or half-dwarves/half-elves to be created in the game. And the only classes that can be created are fighters, bards, rangers, or rogues. If you insist on being a magic user, just know that in my game world, magic is still new and unstudied, so rolls will be required for all magic usage. And expect mixed reactions based on your public magic usage. PM me if you are interested. Also know that if you are a serious roleplayer and happen to enjoy my session, I might end up creating a new campaign soon; if I like your roleplaying style, I will invite you to join it. If you think I sound like a Bad DM or too strict, just know I wrote all this up so you don't waste your time. Once we get over these nitty-gritty details, our sessions are quite fun. Also we use google hangouts on google plus to communicate, but you are not expected to use your webcam. Thank you and have good games. Fun not guaranteed.
