Paolo, You would simply drag the file from it's location on your computer to the Roll20 tabletop. A progress bar will appear showing how much of it has been uploaded. Note that as a free user, you can only upload files with a maximum size of 5mb; actually a little less as there is some parsing/encoding overhead that eats into that amount.
