Looking for skilled gm with patience to help make a campaign and group.

I have an idea for a campaign but I need a skilled dm to craft it and it will be heavy focused on undead.i want to make it about hunting down a necromancer who keeps raising mass amounts of dead then just leaving them behind to rampage. I have an idea for my character already and would wanna talk to whoever is willing to dm about how to open it up for 1 or 2 other people to also be intagrated into the story..... if they want to be in the story.

I sont know how to run it just a story plot idea ... I dont even know the mechanics 100 percent let alone how to dm and I want to play my character idea lol that's why I'm mainly looking for a gm and secondary effect looking for a group.
