Game Copy is Empty

Hello,  I was Co-Gm in a Pathfinder2 Play test game, since the final release, we have changed the character sheet of the campain for the new one. After then every copy of the game we do is empty , we only have de guard page and the name. any idéa please ?

Just to rule out the obvious, did you ensure that the content you wanted to copy was selected from the copy options and that the character sheet desired is selected?

  Ravel - Pathfinder 2 Copy

It's the name of the game, we actually have some stuff in it but from scratch. It's a copy from Ravel - Pathfinder 2 , as said nothing has been copied.

If you are using a language other than English, try switching to English then making a copy. I remember some other members had an issue similar to yours and they were using non-English when they tried to copy. Their issue was resolved when they tried it in English.
