That would speed up initiative phase if we had hotkeys for descending/ascending turn order sorting and did not have to click the cog thing.

+1, and for the Sort By Cards/Suit. And for the Savage World players = Hot keys to Shuffle and Dealing Cards to Turn Order. Really we just need hot keys for all the Card Deck functions and the Initiative Window.
