The Transmogrifier is one of the perks of your membership level. You’ll find it on the settings tab in your game, near the bottom. It allows you to transfer pages, characters decks and more from game to game, so long as you are the creator. If the game lists don’t populate immediately, just cancel and press the button again; it can be quirky. What you’re likely running into is what happens when you make a change (by accident or on purpose) to an asset in the game that somehow affects the default token. Dragging in a new one won’t help because Roll0 thinks you did it on purpose and won’t overwrite. The Transmogrifier overwrites by intention though and will replace an otherwise identical asset with the fresh one. if you haven’t done any work in the game, it might be simplest to create a new one, otherwise, use the Transmogrifier. You can also use it to copy maps as pages, but if you want to export a map you have built in Roll20 to your hard drive, the only real option is screen shots.
