3.5 Public invitation!

I am looking to DM a 3.5DnD group. The player base is slowly growing and when I hit 4 players I will start to set up a game time. If you are new, returning, or some hardcore cat, feel free to come on in. I am going to judge based on logic, if you a paladin and kill some village based on they are midgets, that's an evil action and will count against you. However, if you kill a village of midgets because they worship Lolth, good action, you were vanquishing evil. I may not be the most experienced of DMs, but best way to learn is get into it. I have learned quite a bit and am still learning more. I have hosted some miniture campaigns and showed me some very interesting things. *You CANNOT break my world, if anything I will break you before that happens*
I'm willing to play, always looking for games to join in on.
This campaign will use Skype audio conference to replace the inconsistent r20 video/audio. Both and account and to use this function are free.
I'm game for this. Any rough date or time for it?
Not just yet, I'm trying to get an idea of when people are available. Shouldn't be long before it's up and ready though, just waiting on some PC.
Sounds like fun. I'm game.
I'd like to get involved too :)
id love to get involved too. hopefully you can save me a spot
Hello. I run Ubuntu and Skype is apparently outdated on Linux, but as far as I can tell it has full functionality so I'm in.
If I can get private messages of available times for people I can start putting together party(s) for campaigning.
To join in the campaign (by R20 means) you will be provided a URL link. For communication I have been using Skype for audio conversation, since the R20 audio/video is not very reliable. Sundays are out of the question for me, sorry for those of you who have that as a DnD day. >>>>If you are new, don't fret at all. I will be able to answer (nearly) all questions and you will not be left hanging from character creation forward. You will be able to learn rules and game-play, that is actually something I am going to pride my campaign and PCs with.<<<<<< No player will be railroaded in this or any of my campaigns, players do have free action. I do hope you will all be as creative as you can and think out of the box. The more clever you are, the more I learn, but if you guys do think in a smaller caliber than I expect I will change things as the campaign progresses. My campaigns are no way a solid-state, it flows as you progress and will evolve with your actions. Lastly, thank you all for your cooperation and interest, I do appreciate it! P.S. If you guys know times that don't work for you, I will do my best to get a time when all persons can play, at worst case I will DM multiple campaigns. I am not going to exclude anyone simply because of this spherical planet. My last count as of June 9, 2344 (AKST), I have 8 interested players and they have been sent a private message with details.
Make that 9 people interested. I have Skype a mic and all the core 3.5 books along with a lot of the other useful ones like the magic item compendium. I've been playing 3.5 for a few years. I have nothing that would prevent me from being able to show up for every session. I am however very new to the site so I might need some help with understanding the program we will be using if I'm allowed to tag along on your adventures.
I am also interested. I have a fair amount of experience with tabletop/d20 games, but have not specifically played 3.5. I'm in CST, and fairly flexible throughout the week. Let me know if there's a spot open!
Worst case scenario I have 2(+) separate campaigns if there are too many people for one. You both should have a PM.
I'm interested, p.m. sent.
I'm a noobie but would love to get into the scene!! :)
I've never been able to play DnD, but if you still have room I would love to play. My schedule is very flexible because I'm off school for summer. I don't know any DnD rules but I'm entirely willing to learn them on my own time. I have skype and a webcam.
I have never played any tabletop RPG, but I'm am somewhat familiar with rules from D&D, and have extensively read GURPS so hopefully I wouldn't be a huge burden if I can play. I would be available Mon-Sat from like 4PM-9PM EST. Sometimes my job requires me to stay late and such so I can't promise 100% that I can be on every session, but I'd very much like the opportunity. EDIT: I do no currently have Skype installed, and I don't have a webcam (I do have access to a mic)
Im game, This would be my first roll20 game though, so just be aware
Hi Richard, I'm totally interested in your campaign. I like your style... and your skeletor avatar. \m/ Here are some details about me and my playing style: I live on the east coast of the US (EDT/GMT-5). I have three kids so as soon as I put them to bed I can play, which is normally after 8 PM. I'm not a noob, but I'm still pretty new to D&D. I've played some 3.5 (Pathfinder), and 4.0e. I typically play a ranger, but I'm willing to venture out.
I would like to join I dont have a microphone/webcam though so I can only do text based chat
I would like to join. Info: West Coast of the US (PST). I will be on summer break in a few days. I've played a few games before, not recently though. I have all of the books and will play almost any class. But I prefer Ranger. Also I do have a microphone/webcam
I'm a brand new player, I think I'd like to join in on this. I'm an east-coaster with a pretty open schedule. anything I need to do before this?
I'm brand new to 3.5, I'd like to join if possible :D
I know a million people have already said they were in, but if I can, I would love to join. I've been playing for about a year and a half, all 3.5. So far I've played an elf wizard and a human rogue, so I have a little bit of experience with multiple classes, but not too much. I can do the whole video skype set up, and am free pretty much every weekday after about 6:30 and almost every Sunday since all I have is work to play around.
*UPDATE* I am welcoming all who are interested, my first campaign has very maxed (6 players). I am currently putting together another campaign(s), to help accommodate all the flux of players. I will be sending PMs like it's a clearance sale.
I am ending all acceptance of people from this point forward. Sorry for those of you who haven't answered in time. I currently may have 3+ campaigns, and am organizing those of you who have showed interest through PM. I am going to look for fitting times before a story starts. Thank you all for your interest and it has not fallen upon deaf ears.
