Started A Simple D&D Game

If you want to have a layed back fun time with friends who play D&D post on here! My name is Elijah, im from FL and im 18, Ive always loved D&D and always have looked for fun people to play with. I have been creating a capmaign for a while now, and its not half bad, just need some awesome people to play with. Some requirements: Need to have skype and a mic Should be able to play some-what regularly Need to be able to make your own character (if you would need help just message me) Have to have SOME general idea how to play You DONT have to be a master at D&D to have fun, me personally dont know most the machanics of D&D and wouldnt be able to even begin to try, All im looking for are people who can have fun and play together. Would help if I had someone who DOES know most the simple battle machanics for D&D since I dont know most of it. Hopefuly this gets some replys if so just remember, this is just for fun, and I hope everyone does have fun!

It might help if you mention which edition of D&D you are wanting to run. D&D is 40 years old and there are a lot of different versions of it, most all of them still get played by different groups on this very site.

Well I guess a Adventure Story. Its not starting in space or anything like that, its just medieval style game, with orcs, and elves, etc. And sorry, im not used to having 50 different kinds of D&D, just a very normal version that I was introduced to back a few years ago, playing with a few friends.

He means, is it 4th edition, 3rd, 3.5, 2nd, 1st. Each one is vastly different in terms of mechanics.

Again a tweaked version, im honestly not 100% sure what the exact difference between all the styles are, but either way it would be fun, and the only thing that I would need from the people who would be play is them to know the fighting machanics. I dont know the specifics between using certain dice with certain stats to do special attacks or anything. And the day and time could be almost anytime, just would need to be discussed with everyone who woud be playing.
