Recent Uploads http request is failing with a gateway timeout when the requests asks to filter out items already in your gallery

Hey guys, It was working for a month or two and now it's back again. But it looks like I need to complain at least once every two months or the topic closes, so here's a new topic. Hello Alex,&nbsp; I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. Just to confirm and collect the necessary data, have you gone ahead and tried the steps in the troubleshooting guide ? This is to rule out any new potential causes, even though it is producing the same issue.&nbsp; If so, please provide us all of the requested information in&nbsp; Step 4 . This information will help provide any potential new information. As soon as I receive this information, I will pass this information on to the devs. However, I have also gone ahead and poked the devs for more information until then.&nbsp; Thanks!

Hi Dragon Dreamer, I'm just trying to keep your guys' attention on a problem that's been going on for months, and my most recent thread closed because I wasn't bugging you guys frequently enough. I've already provided the information twice before for this problem, most recently in the thread I linked to in the first post. If you want, I will simply copy and paste the information I've provided previously, but I'm not terribly interested in repeatedly debugging the same problem over and over again. =/

Hello Alex, Thank you for that information. While we understand the frustration this issue has caused, the requested information is still needed to help understand the specific issue you are having. As this issue seems to come and go, the more information we can collect for the devs, the better. If you could go still provide the requested information for the newest state of the issue, that would be great as it can help the devs with your issue.&nbsp; As I stated previously, I did poke the devs on your issue. They stated there isn't really an update on your issue as of yet. Though, they are working on it and testing some things. Once there is more information for you, we will let you know.&nbsp; Thanks!
