Attention: All Class-D Personnel...

...report to the nearest security checkpoint immediately. This is not a drill. Remain calm and make your way to the designated safe zones. The alarms ring in your ears incessantly, the door to your cell is open for some reason. The lights in the facility have been shut down, and emergency lighting has replaced it with a dim glow and humming sound. Where do you go from here?... Hello all, I am looking for 5-6 players for a SCP based RPG of my own design. The rules are so streamlined they can be briefly outlined on a page, and the objective of the game is to escape captivity during containment breach. You do not necessarily have to be a fan of the SCP fandom to enjoy this experience, as it is a special mix of sci-fi and fantasy that I'm sure most would enjoy. To those of you that are fans or at least know of some of the entities/objects in the verse, well you of all should know how wacky and also horrific this can be. You should also know, that most things in the SCP verse are impossible or very difficult to kill. That is one of the reasons why they are subdued. Direct confrontation should be avoided, but it can come up, which is why there will be a very minor class system in place. Here's an outline of what to expect: Rating: 18+ (expect graphic content) Slots: 5-6 Time: Sunday, 4-8PM EST Completion: 8~ sessions, or when escape/TPK has occurred Genre: Horror/Sci-fi/Fantasy/Mystery System: Custom; light on rules Character Creation: Will be handled over DMs Here are my expectations, rules, etc. I usually expect my players to be in character most of the time, especially for a RP heavy game with little to no combat. I have zero tolerance for meta gaming, open discrimination, and blatant disrespect. Its very easy to meta game with SCP as all of the monsters and objects have a wiki page, I will evaluate whether some characters know about things ahead of time (outside of finding terminal entries or documents lying around). Your character won't be completely in the dark and just killed, the information will be there and there will be opportunities to correct mistakes (I say this because there are a lot of SCPs that can instantly take control of or kill you). I don't tolerate players being discriminatory to each other or myself out of character. If it makes sense in character, and everyone's okay with it, then its fine. I've never had an issue so far, but I thought I should include that. Finally, don't constantly talk over each other, show some respect for everyone at the "table". We're all here for a good time, and everyone will get a chance in the spotlight. (This also applies to my narration, please don't interrupt unless its really necessary). With all of that out of the way, I hope to hear from you all soon! P.S. Here's an infovid for new D-Class personnel getting a feel for their short life as a Foundation test subject :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E36Jw2e24Sw (I didn't make it, but it is relevant.)
