I am receiving this error, even with no API scripts running. I removed all of them and I am still getting this same error. The scripts that I use are as follows (and removing each of them individually did nothing wither):  Torch OGL 5e Status FX Welcome Package

That is the error message that displays when no scripts are installed. (In other words, that screen shot looks normal). Can you show a screen shot of what you see when you have any script installed and the campaign open?
