Better support for warlocks hexblades curse + global crit/ proficiency options

hey guys  can we have support for hexblades curse. currently we cant add a global toggle for proficiency mod damage or changing the crit range of all attacks down from 20 to 19 or whatever number. the only way around that is making a secondary damage which different ranges for all spells and attacks making my attack sheet really long.
