CD Projekt Red recently announced a new open-world video game based on Cyberpunk 2020, a tabletop RPG from 1990, and this inspired me to look into the original game. Frankly, the lore and background for the game seem really cool (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberpunk_2020" rel="nofollow">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberpunk_2020</a>). It's a cyberpunk setting, and seeing as how I've only ever played D&D, I'd really love to try a sci-fi tabletop game.
Unfortunately, I'm not confident in my abilities to DM a game, as I'm relatively new to the tabletop scene, and I'd probably make a lot of mistakes. So, I'm looking to see if there are any other people who would be willing to play or run the game, so we could get a group going for the summer. Just post here whether you're interested in running or playing, and when you would be able to do so. I'll do my best to arrange groups based on the info posted.
The books are long out of print, but there are always ways to acquire them. We can discuss those ways later, once we actually decide on the group(s).
